Miranda al Mar is in a quiet residential area of Costa Teguise, alongside local residents. These rules are there to protect your rest, your neighbours' rest and the house itself.

A
- The maximum permitted occupancy at Miranda al Mar is four people.
- All guests must be included in the booking, including babies and children.
- The identification details required by law must be provided before or during check-in.
- Guests aged 14 and over must sign their check-in form where applicable; details of children under 14 will be provided by the accompanying adult.
- Only registered guests may stay at the house.
- Unauthorised visitors are not allowed inside the house.
- Unauthorised gatherings, parties or celebrations are prohibited.
- The house may not be used for unauthorised commercial activities.
- Copying keys or sharing access codes with third parties is prohibited.
- Guests must close doors and windows properly when leaving the house.
- Any loss of keys or problem with a lock must be reported immediately.
- Tampering with or disabling the security systems is not allowed.

- The house is in a quiet residential area with permanent residents.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 09:00.
- During these hours, any noise that could disturb others must be avoided.
- Amplified music that causes a nuisance is not allowed, even during the day.
- Stag and hen parties, other parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
- Speakers must not be used outdoors at a volume that disturbs others.
- The privacy of neighbouring homes must be respected.
- Guests must respect the communal areas and the community's rules.
- Throwing cigarette butts, rubbish or objects onto other properties is prohibited.
- Any issues with neighbours must be reported to the property's contact person.
- Serious or repeated misconduct may lead to the measures allowed by law and by the booking conditions.
C
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.
- The ban includes the terraces, the jacuzzi and the private outdoor areas.
- E-cigarettes, vapes and hookahs are not allowed.
- Leaving cigarette butts or ash anywhere on the property is prohibited.
- Lighting candles, incense or anything with a naked flame that could start a fire is not permitted.
- Storing fuel, flammable products or hazardous substances is prohibited.
- Illegal activities are not permitted on the premises.
D
- Children must remain under the supervision of the adults responsible for them.
- They may not use the jacuzzi without direct adult supervision.
- They must not be left unsupervised on the terraces, the stairs or anywhere else with a risk of falling.
- Climbing on railings, furniture or outdoor structures is prohibited.
- Beds, furniture and decorative items may not be used as play areas.
- The adults responsible must check that doors and windows are securely closed.
- Children must not be allowed to handle appliances or electrical equipment.
E
- Fuse boxes and technical installations must not be tampered with, except as expressly instructed for safe use.
- Overloading sockets and power strips is prohibited.
- Electrical appliances must not be used near water.
- The use of portable heaters or unauthorised high-power appliances is not permitted.
- Appliances must be switched off when not in use, in line with their instructions.
- The hob must never be left on unattended.
- Barbecues or grills that are not expressly authorised may not be used.
- Escape routes must be kept clear.
- Any burning smell, sparks or electrical fault must be reported immediately.
- Disabling detectors or removing fire-fighting equipment is prohibited.
F
- Moving heavy furniture or altering the layout of the house is not permitted.
- Hair dye, fabric dye or any other product that could permanently stain surfaces may not be used.
- Sand must be kept out of the beds, sofas, jacuzzi and equipment.
- The instructions for the heating and air-conditioning systems must be followed.
- The water, plumbing and filtration systems must not be tampered with.
- Any water leak must be reported immediately.
- Cleaning products must only be used for their intended purpose.
- Chemical products must not be mixed.
- Any breakage or accidental damage must be reported as soon as possible.
- Entering locked cupboards or rooms reserved for maintenance is prohibited.
G
- Parking is permitted only in the spaces allocated to Miranda al Mar.
- The house has three spaces in front of the building, to be used according to the signage and availability at the time.
- Parking in neighbours' private spaces is prohibited.
- Garage entrances and pedestrian access must not be blocked.
- Access routes for the emergency services must be kept clear.
- Vehicle repairs that could stain or damage the property are not permitted.
- Vehicles must be driven with care in the residential area.
Serious or repeated breaches of the rules may lead to measures in line with the booking conditions and the platform's terms.
Outdoor jacuzzi
Rules for safe use
The jacuzzi is one of the most special spots at the house. To enjoy it safely, always follow the instructions you'll find in the house.
- Permitted hours: from 09:00 to 22:00.
- A shower before entering is compulsory.
- No glass containers near the jacuzzi.
- Do not use it under the influence of alcohol or any substance that impairs awareness.
- No jumping, diving or putting your head under the water.
- Do not use electrical appliances near the water.
- Do not tamper with the treatment products or technical systems.
- No soap, oils, foam or cosmetics in the water.
- Children must be directly supervised by an adult; young children should not use it.
- Pregnant women and people with cardiovascular or other relevant conditions should consult a healthcare professional beforehand.
- Get out of the water immediately if you feel dizzy, have palpitations or feel unwell.
- Keep sessions short and follow the manufacturer's temperature and usage guidance.
- Keep the covers and safety features in place as instructed.
- Report any issue with cleanliness, operation or temperature.
